Mealime is shutting down on October 21, 2026. Here is what to do.

On September 2, 2026 Mealime's owner, Albertsons Companies, announced that the app will be discontinued on October 21, 2026. Pro is free until then and subscriptions will not renew. The official successor is Meals Hub, a section inside Albertsons-owned store apps (Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME, Shaw's, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Pavilions, Star Market, United, Haggen and Carrs).

What you can save today

Mealime never shipped an export, but the web app loads your whole account as one document. Our free rescue tool saves it from your own browser in about a minute, without sharing your password or session with anyone. You get a JSON file with your preferences, plans, favourites, notes, ratings, custom recipes and grocery list.

  1. Sign in at my.mealime.com on a computer.
  2. Run the snippet (bookmarklet or console).
  3. Keep the file. Optionally upload it to your Suppercharge waitlist record for import at launch.

What to do with it

Suppercharge is being built to import that file directly: your diet type, restrictions and dislikes map one-to-one, favourites and notes are matched to our catalogue by name, and anything we cannot match becomes a wishlist. Join the waitlist to get in first.

A note on names

Suppercharge is an independent product and is not affiliated with Mealime Meal Plans Inc. or Albertsons Companies.
