Meals Hub outside the US, or with no Albertsons store near you
Meals Hub, the product Mealime points users to, is not a standalone app. It is a section inside Albertsons Companies store apps and websites. Those apps ask for a US zip code and a store, and their banners operate in parts of the United States only.
Who this affects
- Everyone outside the United States. Mealime had large audiences in Canada, the UK, Australia, South Africa and Spain, where the apps were among the top food apps.
- Anyone in a US state or region without Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME, Shaw's, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Pavilions, Star Market, United, Haggen or Carrs.
- Anyone who does not want their meal planning tied to one grocery chain's app and purchase history.
What to do before October 21, 2026
- Save your Mealime data. It is deleted at shutdown and there is no official export.
- Join the Suppercharge waitlist with your diet type, restrictions, dislikes, servings and units, so the beta starts configured for you.
- If you imported your own recipes into Mealime, keep their original web addresses.
What Suppercharge does differently
It works in every country, in US or metric units, with any store or no store, and it will let you export everything you put in. Grocery delivery handoffs will be optional integrations, never a requirement.
Suppercharge is independent and not affiliated with Mealime Meal Plans Inc. or Albertsons Companies.
