Manage or cancel Suppercharge Pro

Pro is billed by the store you bought it from. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Bought Pro on another phone? Sign in with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen in the app.

Redeem a code

Suppercharge offer codes are redeemed on the redeem page on this website. App Store offer codes and Google Play promo codes are redeemed in the app, under Settings, Redeem a code.

Share with your household

The household owner can invite people from Settings, Household. Everyone then sees the same plan and grocery list, and the owner's Pro covers the household.

Export or delete your data

Download everything from Settings, Your data, Export. The file is a documented JSON format you can keep or import elsewhere.

Delete your account from Settings, in the app or on the website. You are signed out everywhere and your account is erased after 7 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first. See the Privacy Policy for details.
